Levelswipe isn’t in the App Store or the Play Store, and it doesn’t need to be. Add it to your phone or computer from your browser and it opens like an app: its own icon, no browser bars, nothing extra to download. It takes about ten seconds and it’s free.
One thing first: you’re viewing this inside another app’s built-in browser, and those can’t add anything to your home screen. Tap ⋯ or ⋮ at the top of this screen and choose Open in browser (or Open in Safari), then come back to this page.
You’re using the installed app ✓ Nothing more to do. The steps below are here if you want it on another device too.
Your browser can do this in one tap.
If nothing happens, follow the steps below.
Safari recommended
Open levelswipe.com in Safari.
Tap the Share button (a square with an arrow pointing up). On iOS 26 the address bar is compact, so there may be no Share button showing. Tap ⋯ at the right end of the address bar, then Share.
Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
Tap Add in the top-right corner.
Levelswipe is now on your Home Screen. Open it from there from now on; it logs you in automatically.
Don’t see “Add to Home Screen”? You’re probably in another app’s built-in browser (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, a link preview). Tap ⋯ → Open in Safari and try again.
Chrome, Firefox or Edge on iPhone
Same idea, and it needs iOS 16.4 or newer:
Open levelswipe.com in that browser.
Tap the Share button (in Chrome it’s next to the address bar, or under ⋮ → Share…).
Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
The icon will open Levelswipe in that browser. If it ever misbehaves, the Safari version is the one Apple supports best.
Chrome most phones
Open levelswipe.com in Chrome.
Tap ⋮ in the top-right corner.
Tap Add to Home screen. On newer versions of Chrome it’s called Install and create shortcut.
Tap Install. (If you only see Add, tap that; it works the same way.)
Levelswipe shows up on your home screen and in your app drawer, like any other app.
Shortcut: if a bar pops up at the bottom of the screen saying “Install Levelswipe” or “Add Levelswipe to Home screen”, just tap it.
Samsung Internet
Open levelswipe.com in Samsung Internet.
Tap ≡ (menu) in the bottom-right corner.
Tap Add page to → Home screen → Add.
Faster: if you see an install icon (a down arrow or plus sign) at the right end of the address bar, tap it, then Install.
Firefox
Open levelswipe.com in Firefox.
Tap ⋮.
Tap Install or Add to Home screen, whichever your version shows, then Add.
Microsoft Edge
Open levelswipe.com in Edge.
Tap ⋯ at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Add to phone, then Install or Add.
Opened the link from Instagram, Facebook or TikTok? Their built-in browser can’t install anything. Tap ⋮ or ⋯ → Open in browser (or Open in Chrome) first.
Chrome
Open levelswipe.com in Chrome.
Look at the right end of the address bar for the install icon (a little screen with a down arrow). Click it, then Install.
No icon? Click ⋮ in the top-right corner → Cast, save and share → Install page as app… → Install.
Levelswipe opens in its own window and is added to your Start menu (usually the desktop too). To keep it on the taskbar: while it’s open, right-click its taskbar icon → Pin to taskbar.
Microsoft Edge
Open levelswipe.com in Edge.
Click the App available icon at the right end of the address bar (a grid of squares with a plus), then Install.
No icon? Click ⋯ in the top-right corner → Apps → Install this site as an app → Install. (Older versions: More tools → Apps.)
Edge then offers to pin it to the taskbar and Start and to create a desktop shortcut. Tick what you want and click Allow.
Firefox
Open levelswipe.com in Firefox 143 or newer (the version from firefox.com; the Microsoft Store version doesn’t have this yet).
Click Add tab to taskbar at the right end of the address bar.
Levelswipe gets its own icon on the taskbar and in the Start menu, and opens in its own window.
Don’t see that button? Make a plain desktop shortcut instead: see “Any browser” below.
Any browser: a plain desktop shortcut
Open levelswipe.com and shrink the browser window so you can see part of the desktop.
Drag the little icon at the left end of the web address (a padlock or a sliders icon) onto the desktop.
That makes a shortcut that opens Levelswipe in a normal browser tab. Everything works the same; it just doesn’t get its own window.
Safari macOS Sonoma or newer
Open levelswipe.com in Safari.
In the menu bar at the top of the screen, click File → Add to Dock…
Click Add.
Levelswipe appears in your Dock and in Launchpad, and opens in its own window.
Chrome
Open levelswipe.com in Chrome.
Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar, then Install.
No icon? Click ⋮ → Cast, save and share → Install page as app… → Install.
You’ll find it in Launchpad (and in Applications → Chrome Apps). While it’s open, right-click its Dock icon → Options → Keep in Dock.
Microsoft Edge
Open levelswipe.com in Edge.
Click the App available icon at the right end of the address bar, then Install. Or: ⋯ → Apps → Install this site as an app.
Firefox
Firefox on Mac can’t install sites as apps yet. A desktop shortcut works fine instead:
Open levelswipe.com and make the window small enough to see the desktop.
Drag the padlock icon at the left of the address bar onto the desktop.
Chrome, Chromium, Brave, Vivaldi
Open levelswipe.com.
Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar, then Install.
No icon? In Chrome: ⋮ → Cast, save and share → Install page as app…. Brave and Vivaldi have an Install Levelswipe… entry in their main menu.
Levelswipe shows up in your app launcher (GNOME Activities, the KDE menu, and so on) and opens in its own window. Pin or add it to favourites from there like any app.
Chromebook: same steps in Chrome; it lands in the launcher and the shelf.
Microsoft Edge
Open levelswipe.com in Edge.
Click the App available icon at the right end of the address bar, then Install. Or: ⋯ → Apps → Install this site as an app.
Firefox
Firefox on Linux can’t install sites as apps yet (Mozilla has only shipped that on Windows so far). Two easy alternatives:
Drag the padlock icon at the left of the address bar onto your desktop or file manager to make a shortcut, or
Bookmark it: Ctrl+D, and pin the tab (right-click the tab → Pin Tab) so it’s always there.
Removing it later
iPhone or iPad: touch and hold the icon → Remove App → Delete App.
Android: touch and hold the icon → Uninstall (or drag it to “Uninstall” at the top of the screen).
Chrome or Edge on a computer: open Levelswipe, click ⋮ or ⋯ in the top-right corner of its window → Uninstall Levelswipe. On Windows it’s also listed under Settings → Apps.
Safari on Mac: right-click the Dock icon → Options → Remove from Dock, then delete it from your Applications folder.
Firefox on Windows: right-click its taskbar icon → Unpin from taskbar.
Removing the icon doesn’t touch your account. You can log in at levelswipe.com any time, and add the icon back whenever you like.
Good to know
It’s the same Levelswipe you see in the browser, with its own icon and no browser bars. Nothing is downloaded to your device beyond what the website already uses, and updates happen on their own: the next time you open it, you have the newest version.
Why not the App Store or Play Store? The stores take a cut of up to 30% of every membership. Staying out of them is part of how Levelswipe stays one flat fee, and the web app does everything an app-store app would.
On another device?
